    烧热油,爆香姜丝、黑豆豉,再加入猴头菇及苦瓜。Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger julienne and black bean sauce until fragrant. Add monkey head mushrooms and bitter gourd.

    Step 2

    加入调味料煮至苦瓜软,最后加入辣椒丝即可。Add the seasoning and cook until the bitter gourd becomes tender. Finally, add the red chili strips and stir-fry briefly before serving.
